Ties Kroezen
Ties Kroezen is the Managing Director of NICE International. He holds a masters degree in Business Science from Twente University and has 15 years of experience as an international management consultant in the areas of ICT, consumers products and retail, working for a.o. Accenture and KPMG. From 2004 to 2007 he lived and worked in Ghana as the founder and managing director of Savanna Farmers Marketing Company, a fair trade company supporting thousands of small-scale farmers with production and marketing of their produce. Ties is 48 years old and holds the Dutch nationality.
Lonneke Craemers
Lonneke Craemers is the Service Developer of NICE International. She holds a masters degree in Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, and a bachelors in Marketing. In 2007 she studied the use and potential of ICT in the social and economic context of Gambia, after which she was employed at NICE International to develop value added services for NICE Centres. In 2011 she left for a short break to work as a social business developer for ProPortion Foundation. She did research for a large multinational on social business solutions in the milk powder industry in China, and the introduction of a water cleaning system in Bangladesh. Lonneke is 32 years old and holds the Dutch nationality.
Omar Njie
Omar Njie has been the Managing Director of NICE Gambia since the company started in 2006. He holds a bachelor degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Glenmorgan (UK). He has working experience in Europe and The Gambia and held managment positions in ICT, consumer products and real estate. Omar is a Gambian national of 37 years old.
